The Woman’s Club operates entirely through volunteers and private rental income. While we continue to serve as a gathering place for civic organizations, nonprofits, neighborhood groups, and community events, maintaining a 1911 building comes with growing challenges.
Recent repairs and upcoming structural needs have made it clear that we must build a more sustainable foundation for the future.
That is why we created The Woman’s Club Benefactors Program.

Bylaws and Founding Documents
The Woman's Club of Spokane (aka Spokane Woman's Club), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization, is committed to helping make our community a better place for women and their families. Founded in 1907, the club is affiliated with the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC).
